This kit builds the Sopwith 1 1/2 Strutter as it would have appeared on July 7, 1919 crewed by pilot Lt. Georges Richonier and observer Lt. Pawel Balow when deserting to the Polish side. After repairs, the aircraft was put into service with the 18th Intelligence Squadron.
