Description

This repaint bundle of the Scissors and Planes kit by Gerry Paper Models contains three kits of the Messerschmitt Me-262 two-seater versions.
Each kit contains parts to make both a 1/72 and a 1/100 scale model.
This bundle offers a savings of $1.50.
The versions contained in this bundle are as follows:

  • Messerschmitt Me-262B-1a/U1 (Luftwaffe, 10/NJG11, Fw. Karl-Heinz Becher, Schleswig, May 1945)
  • Messerschmitt Me-262B-1a/U1 (Luftwaffe, 10/NJG11, Lt. Herbert Altner, Schleswig, May 1945)

    While I very much like the color theme of the daytime model, I have to point out that the canopy design has some issues. It doesn’t make the right shape as desired. I hope you can redesign the canopy overall. I purchased HANGAR CZAF’s Me-262 B, and that model has a far detailed canopy design.

    Also I had some issue connecting the center of the fuselage to the start of the tail section. The connection is not smooth (I magnified the print so my build is roughly 1/26). I can work on that by photoshop, but the canopy was beyond my scope to handle.

Canopy issue
