Description

This paper model is a repaint, originally designed by Marek, has been repainted to represent the Supermarine Spitfire FR Mk III in service with the Royal Naval Air Force assigned to 887 Naval Air Squadron for the Fleet Air Arm aboard aircraft carrier HMS Indefatigable operating from Tokyo Bay, Japan in August 1945. This aircraft, serial number NN212, was identified by S-141 on the fuselage.
