Description

This model kit depicts the Noorduyn Norseman CF-GSR.

It was built in 1950,  first flew with a forestry company in the Queen Charlotte Islands, BC. Later was operated commercially by several companies in Quebec, Ontario and Manitoba, until it finally ended up with Huron Air & Outfitters in Ontario.

The Canadian Warplane Heritage Museum acquired the aircraft from them in 2015.
