This is 30mm-scale terrain for wargaming, roleplaying games, model railroads, class projects or just for fun. Assembly is quick and easy, requiring just 4 sheets of cardstock, a hobby knife and glue. Full instructions are provided, including printing tips and advice for printing at various popular gaming and model railroad scales. This file is 200dpi, which will look great when printed at full size without requiring large file sizes. For best results, use Adobe Acrobat Reader 7.0 to view these files.

CONTENTS: The PDFs for this fold-up model feature one building complete with two roofs, an exterior dormer window and dormer roof, a chimney, a hanging sign, a grass-textured footprint tile and eleven shipping crates.

DIMENSIONS: Model footprint is approximately 4.75" x 4.75". Ground tile is approximately 5.25" x 5.25". Height is approximately 8", not including the chimney.
